Clapper card

Hi,

Today I would like to share a movie clapper card with you.
It is not my own design, I had something like it in my head and when I start
searching on the www I found this great example from Joanne Mainly with a description.
The fun part is that it really opens and it pulls out a card.

The Meljens stamp I won last week in the Meljens Design Challenge and she is the perfect movie star Diva for this clapper.
Colored the digi in Photoshop. The card is only cardstock and playing with fonts.
No patterned paper used,
and one little star charm to enter this weeks Meljens challenge:

Konnichiwa

Konnichiwa  ("Konnichiwa.") meaning good afternoon in Japanese.
It is also the name of the paperpad I used on my next card from Basic grey.

The sketch is this weeks sketch at seize the birthday.

The sweet stamp is from Pixie dust studio. Colored her using Photoshop.
I made a little japanese flower using origami technique. It is called a Kusudama flower, here is a tutorial on how to fold it.
I'm not quite happy on how the flower turned out. Next time I will use less heavy paper so the folding goes better.
The sentiment I printed using the font "Japan".

So Precious

Hi,

The other day I ordered some paperpads and one those is from DCWV called Nana's Nursery.
It is as cute as a button.
So when it arrived I had to use it and made my next card, of course with a baby girl theme.

The sketch I used was fun to work with and is this weeks sketch challenge at Sweet sketch wednesday.

The elephant is a free printable. I cut it from patterned paper (also in DWCV Nana's Nursery).
The sentiment is free from Papercraftsmag.com.

You are the Berry Best

Hi and welcome to my blog,

My next card is an easel card. Haven't made one for some time.
I think making an easel card gives you the opportunity to put a lot of embellishments on it.

Here is my easel card.

The stamp is a cutie from C.C. designs - Mashi's Muffins Berry Beth. Colored her in Photoshop.
Made manga eyes this time.
The background paper is from Avec . (in Dutch).
Used my cuttlebug and a strawberry with hearts die to emboss the bottom.
The yummy embellishment is a cabochon cookie from Wiino on Etsy.

Detail photo.

Put on some glitter heartshaped brads and a wooden heart.
The sentiment is a free download from Jaseys crazy daisy (I altered the colors abit)

The sketch is from Seize the birthday challenge 19.

I colored the digital image in Photoshop. The paper are digital from Lilly Bimble Etsy shop.

Once upon a time

Hi,

Today I made my first pop up card. This month's theme challenge at Trimcraft is to make a pop up card.
You can watch a video made by Caroline on a box construction pop up. Here you can find the link to that video.
So I watched that video and made my first pop up card. The pop up bit was easy. The theme was more difficult. I wanted it to be a fairytale theme.
