I hope you all had a nice Christmas. We had a wonderful time.
Today my last post this year as we are going on a little vacation here in the Netherlands.

I made this card yesterday.

The digital stamp and sentiment are freebies from The alley way stamps. I did the coloring in Photoshop.
I used this weeks inspirational photo at The alley way blog for the colours.

The sketch is from clean and simple stamping.

Kept it clean and simple using only sequins.

Knitted tag

Hi everybody,

Just a few days before Christmas. The children here in the Netherlands have two weeks Christmas vacation from school.
My boyfriend and I have to work two more days and then our holiday starts to.
After Christmas we are going a midweek to a hired cottage at the seaside with some relatives to celebrate New Year's eve and
take a short break. We are all looking forward to that.
I problaby will be doing some crafting between all the festivities.

Yesterday I made a little tag using a photoshop brush with a knit pattern.

Each little stitch I made in photoshop using (part of ) a free cross stitch pattern from cross stitcher.
It took me about an our to make the pattern in PS.
I think it is a cute little tag. (The tiny sweater is a decoration in our Christmas tree and perfect for this photo).

Fa la la la la ......

Hi and happy Friday,

So this card is for next Christmas.

Isn't the boy cute in his Rudolph costume? That digital stamp is from MilkCoffee etsy shop.
I colored the digital in Photoshop. For the fur bits I used a furbrush which gives a nice effect. Just one of the great advantages of digital colouring. I hope you can see it better on the close-up.

The paper is from the december card kit from Simon Says Stamp.
For the sketch I used a past sketch (# 239) from Sketch saturday.

The sentiment I printed on the cardstock, later I saw there was one "la" too many, but hey, who is counting?

OK, just one more .....

Hi,

Only one week before Christmas and here is my last Christmas card for this year (this time for real,  euhhh I think ;)).

It's a CAS card using a cute snowman digital stamp from all dressed up.
I did the coloring digital in Photoshop and removed the sentiment.
The sentiment is an (expired) free download from word art world.
I put some clear sparkly sequins from the SimonSaysStamp december card kit on the snowflakes.

Milk carton Christmas treat box

Hi and happy sunday,

This is probably my last Christmas themed post for this year. Christmas is only 10 days away, the house is decorated,
the tree is up, Christmas cards are sent, most presents are bought and dinner plans are made.

Between all this (and of course work, household etc.) I made a milk carton Christmas treat box.

The template is a free download from Just jane designs.
The paper and cardstock are from the december card kit from Simon says stamp.
The twine is from whimsy farm twine.

Baby it's cold outside

Hi,

My second blog post today is a to share with you a card I made using the Freshly made sketch # 115.

This is the sketch:

The digital stamp is from Deasy Designs. I did the coloring in Photoshop.
The paper and the tape are part of the december card kit at Simon Says Stamp.
The sentiment is a free card print download from Lost bumble bee. Check out her site, there are a lot of great free downloads. I changed the card abit by adding more stars to it (did that in Photoshop) and printed it directly to the cardstock.

BIG Wishes

Hi,

When I was a child each year my father would give me an advent calendar and I'm upholding this nice tradition
with my daughter and her calendar is already on day 7! Time is not on our side this December month.

This month's challenge at Some odd girl  is to create your own background.
I made a background in Photoshop. I started with a blank "canvas", colored the background blue and with a preset
brush I made the snowflakes. I also made the sides blurry.

I colored little Miss Tia also in Photoshop and the stamped sentiment is from the december
card kit from Simon says stamp.

Heartbeat

Hello and happy Sunday,

December is here already, how does the year fly by?
But looking forward to Christmas!

Today's card is not a Christmas card but three CAS cards with the same subject: heart beat.
It popped in my head and only the last card ended up as I had in mind but I will show you all three.

The heartbeat line is a free download photoshop brush. In the first two cards I made the heart in Photoshop and
filled the heartshape with a "style".

In the third card I used a puffed sticker for the heart and another sentiment that I like more.

I used this weeks sketch at Sketch Saturday for the layout.
