Flower vase

Hello and welcome,

Today I would like to share with you a card I made for the casology challenge with the cue word "wings".

The vase a an old template from papercraft inspirations magazine. I used Tim Holtz distress ink "Tumbled glass" to sponge the vase.
Then I stamped the flowers and stems stems. The stamps are from a previous Simon Says Stamp card kit.
I colored the flowers using a blender pen.
I added a butterfly punch out and stamped the sentiment.

Cocktails

Hi, I hope you're having a great summer!

My last contribution as the July guest designer at outlawz Sunday challenge clean and simple is this card.

Theme this week: favorite beverage.
Obviously for me that are cocktail drinks.
I used cocktail icons on this card. I've made the background gradient in Photoshop
and placed 3 cocktail icons on it. Printed it out and placed it on blue paper for contrast.
Then I just added a hello summer sentiment on melon coloured cardstock.

I'll be having a few cocktails in Spain on our upcoming holiday!

Have a nice day, thanks for stopping by.

Hugs Henriëtte.

Welcome to the neighborhood card

Hello ..... welcome to my blog!

I used this weeks sketch from cas(e) this sketch for my next card. It's a card to welcome new neighbors.

A bit different this card is because I made the card entirely in Photoshop.
The little houses and trees are clips arts I bought at the etsy shop Pretty grafik design.
I placed the houses and trees random on a white layer. The background is a gradient I made myself in Photoshop.
Then I printed the image on glossy paper, I think it gives a nicer look.
I printed the sentiment on the cardstock.

Have a wonderful day, Thanks for visiting.

Teddy bear

Hi and happy Sunday!

This weeks challenge at outlawz: Sunday clean-and-simple is: TEDDY BEAR.
As the July's guest designer I used an image from the sponsor: Deedee's digi's: hang in there!

I made the clouds using a template and tim holtz distress ink tumbles glass.
Here is a video from Amy Young on how this technique goes. It's pretty easy and really effective.

I colored the teddy bear digital in Photoshop and printed it directly on the card. I also did this to the sentiment.

Snow Fox

Hi,

I made another little card (it can also be used as a gift tag) inspired by the lovely polymer clay ornaments from Kay Miller.
If you typ in her name in pinterest you'll find lots of examples.

I used my die cuts to cut out different shapes and circles.
The fox is a stamp from Lawn Fawn   into the woods.
The snowy background paper is a free download from Mel Stampz (on Flickr),

Stampin'up workshop and outlawz GD card

Hello,

My second blog post today is to share with you a few projects I made this past week.
On Thursday I went to a workshop at Jolans Creations. She is a Stampin' Up demonstrator.
We made four projects that evening, practicing using a blender pen and I had great fun.
Here my projects I made using Stampin'Up! products.

My favorite is the cute gift box and the label.

I'm July's guest designer at outlawz challenges: Sunday CAS and this weeks theme is use a fruit image or sentiment. Here is my card,

I just love the color combination. The patterned paper is actually a paper gift bag that was a
freebie at a Dutch magazine called Flow.

The apple was a free printable I found on the Internet.
I'm also entering this fruity CAS Card in this challenge: cas ology: reapeat

At the beach

Hi and happy Sunday,

I'm very pleased to be this month's guest designer at outlawz challenges: Sunday clean and Simple.
This weeks theme is at the beach. A very appropriate theme because we have a heat wave here in the Netherlands this week.

I made two cards.

On the first card I used a digital stamp from hand made harbour: Beach huts
Colored in Photoshop.

On the second card I used an image (and sentiment) from this month's sponsor at outlawz CAS Sunday:  deedee's digis.
