I used the cute submarine digital stamp set and sentiment from pretty cute stamps.
First I added all the digital elements in photoshop to create the underwater scene. Then I colored all the images and printed them on a piece of white cardstock. I blended blue distress ink on the cardstock first.
It's not an exact interpretation of the sketch, but I do like this card and the cute little submarine.
