It's a big tag, approx. 3,5 by 6,5 inches.
I've used all kinds of items I had in my stash. The background paper e.g. is from one of my very first bought paperpads ever. I had it for many years.
The plywood hearts are from wycinanka. I've painted them and gave them an ancient look.
The lace is from a local market haberdashery (I had to look the word up) stall.
