Tilda with violin card

Hi all,

Yesterday I started working on my next card. I begin by coloring the magnolia stamp tilda with violin using my
aquarel pencils. I put some fake snow on the wing. I stamped some little leafs on the oval sentiment.

Today I made the card. The paper is from a local store and the other bits like the ribbon, stickers, ornament and flowers are from my own stock.
The card has somewhat of a nostalgic feel to it.

I'am entering this card in the just magnolia challenge for this week: anything goes.

Have a happy week and until next time. Thanks for stopping by!

Hanglar and Stanglar Card

Hello everyone,

It has been a while since I wrote a blog. I didn't make any cards these last few weeks.
I did do some sewing. I'am making some cute felt beach houses but I haven't finished them yet
so I can't show it.

I was reading some blogs and I decided to make a card to enter some challenges.

I used a lovely Hanglar & Stanglar stamp, girl with flower, and colored it with my waterbrush.
The paper is from Kars called paperpad Party.
The other pieces on the card are from my own stock.

and here is a detail of the sentiment I made myself.

I'am entering this card in the following challenges:

Lovely Hanglar Challenge blog: theme dots.

and

Just Magnolia and Hanglar & Stanglar blog: theme friends.

Thanks for reading my blog and until soon.

Just Magnolia Challenge

Hello,

Happy sunday everybody! I hope you all are having a good weekend.

Today I made a card for the just magnolia challenge http://justmagnolia.blogspot.com/.

They had the following sketch to work with.

And this is the card I made.
The stamp is magnolia, I colored it with my waterbrush and waterpaint.
The scalloped circles I decorated with flower soft. Such a lovely product to work with!
The paper I used is an oldie from K&Company called La Boutique.
The flowers, pearls, ribbon, heart and pin are from my own stock.

Sweet card, don't you think?

Thanks for reading my blog! Until next time.

Magnolia Card

Hello,

I hope you are having a good weekend. I spend part of my weekend making this next card.
I found the design in the magazine Cards Only from january/february 2010. http://www.cards-only.nl/
The stamp is of course a magnolia (the lovely ballet dancer), I colored it with my waterbrush and waterpaint.
The paper is again from Eline Pellinkhof.
I made little pink flowers from polymer clay (fimo) and put them on the front of the card and on the tag.
The ribbon goes around the back of the card so that it can be closed with a bow.

I'am entering this card in the just magnolia challenge at http://justmagnolia.blogspot.com/

Maybe you will get inspired by this card.
Have a nice week!   Hugs xx
