Goodbye card

I've been playing with icons and photoshop today and made this goodbye card for a co worker.
The icons used are from flaticon.com. The sentiment I saw on other cards and I think that it is a really punny sentiment.

I aligned all the emoticons in photoshop and colored them in the traditional emoticon colors.
Then I added the sentiment below the emoticons.

Entering this card in the stempelkueche challenge.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.

Kindergarten

I've been playing with icons and Photoshop again and made this card which can be sent to a little girl
who's going to kindergarten for the first time.

Here is how it is made: first I download this cute kindergarten icon pack from flaticon.
I open a new document in Photoshop and import the little icons one by one, resizing and rotating the icons.
After that I color each icon, this time digital in Photoshop.
I printed the jpeg on Neenah Classic Crest paper and used a MFT die namic to cut it out.
The sentiment I made in Word.

For the sketch I used this weeks sketch at case this sketch.

Also entering this card in the Simon says stamp wednesday challenge:

Thanks for stopping by. Take care.

Hugs, Henriette.

PS I have some exciting news to tell you all on May 1st. Can't wait.
(But first a guest designer project on April 30).

Veggies

I've used icons on my cards before (see herehere or here). I think icons are cute and funny.
This card also has icons on it, this time all vegetables.

First I download the icons from flaticon and then randomly place them on a white canvas in photoshop by rotating and resizing the icons.

Next I color the little images also in Photoshop, but of course I could have printed the file and then colored the icons with markers, pencils or watercolors.
It is faster to stamp images than making it like this in Photoshop, I tell you. It took me about 2 hours to make it.
I used a dienamic from MFT to cut out the shape and finally made the sentiment in Word.

I'm entering this card in these challenges:

Thanks so much for stopping by.

What's cooking?

(all images are from Pinterest)

Japanese Kawaii, I love it. It's sooo darn cute.
I can watch it for hours on Pinterest and Instagram.

I also like bento. It's awesome how some people decorate their lunch boxes, like this one.

Baymax bento! I think it would be great if for my kids I had them watch a movie and for the next day at school they had the characters in their lunch box.:

I would not have the time to make such a lunchbox for my child on a working day.
All these Japanese images are so very cute and adorable.

My next card also has some kawaii images on it. I made this card for this weeks Muse challenge.
Here is the muse card from Kate. Love that card with the small stamps!

My inspiration were the little images.

I used little images from MyShinyBoy on Deviantart (free download) and placed them in a row using Photoshop.
Then I added the sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!
