My second post today is to share with you a card I made using this weeks sketch at sketch saturday.
Their sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp and the woodgrain cardstock I used on my card happens to be from
the January card kit from Simon.

The super cute peanut image is from Drawn with Character. Go visit their Etsy shop, they have more cute images.
The sentiment came with the digital image. I did the coloring in Photoshop.

Simon says stamp october card kit

Hi and happy Sunday,

A few weeks ago I started a subscription on the monthly card kit from Simon says stamp.
This weekend I have been playing with my first kit, the october kit. It's great, love everything in it.

I made two cards.

The first card I made using this weeks sketch at clean and simple stamping.

The paper, stamp, sentiment and twine all came from the Simon says stamp october kit.
I'm not a very good stamper. On this card I used Ranger Distress Markers on the stamps.

Everything is from the october kit, except for the acorn, that is a free digital stamp I colored in Photoshop. I love the paper and the sequins on this card.
