Crafteezee December Challenge - gift

Hi crafty friends, today starts a new challenge over at the Crafteezee blog. The theme is gift.
What better challenge for this festive month! For this occasion I made these candy cane gift treat envelopes.

They are very easy to make. I prepared a photo tutorial for you.
I made these wrappers with the 6x6 paperpad Christmas Stories from Mintay.

First step is to score the paper at 1,5 inch, 3 inch and 4,5 inch. Use the bonefolder to flatten the folds.

Then you turn the paper to what's going to be the inside and fold the upper right corner to the scoreline. Not all the way to the scoreline.

Then you take the upper left corner and fold this to the second scoreline.

and the left bottom corner to the first line.

Next step is to fold the right flap to the second scoreline. Make sure all the folds are neat and clean.

Then you fold the left part as on the photo and turn the project around.

Now all you have to do is put some glue on the triangle part and glue this to the back.

Voila, you've created a mini pouch to put in Christmas Candy Canes but you can also use them for pencils, pens or chopsticks.

I've decorated with cut outs from the Mintay paperpad and also made two paper rosettes.

More Christmas gifts inspiration on the Crafteezee blog.

Little bookbox with Prima papers Misty Rose

Hi, today I'm sharing a small bookbox I made with the papers and ephemera Misty Rose from Prima. I bought these at Crafteezee.
I also made a step-by-step photo tutorial video on how I created this book box. Link below.

I used the 6x6 inch paperpad but if you use the 12x12 you can make a larger bookbox.

You can use this little bookbox as a cute gift wrapper.

Here is the link to the step-by-step video on my you tube channel.
I would love it if you give it a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great day.

Hugs, Henriette
