Alice in Wonderland door card for Craft Box UK

Hello and welcome to my blog.
I've made another project with the Craft Box UK  Alice in Wonderland collection.
This time I went for a card shaped as a door.
I searched for a template on Pinterest and found a suitable door card.
You can find the template here.

I cut out the template using white cardstock and decorated the front with different
purple shades of paper from the 6x6 pad.

I distressed the edges with black ink and attached two brads to
function as door handles.

Then I decorated the inside. The three panels are embellished with
fussy cuts and ephemera's from the Alice collection.

The sentiment I made in word using a funny quote from the
Alice in Wonderland movie.

This is a funny card to send to a bonkers friend who will appreciate it
.

The items I used for this card can be found in the Craft Box UK webshop.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Have a great day.

Alice in Wonderland Junk Journal for Craft Box UK

Craft Box UK design team project - Alice in Wonderland dome

Hi and welcome to my blog,.
A few months back a applied for a position on the Craft box UK design team.
Luckily I was admitted in March, but due to the corona virus things got to a halt.

Last week I received my first DT package and I made this scene in a dome using the
 Alice in Wonderland collection.

The Alice in Wonderland Collection by Craft Box had been created with the original
 illustrations.

For my little scene I used a dome which I purchased from a local store
(Action in the Netherlands).
To create some height I cut a piece of oasis foam and made it fit the bottom.
I glued moss and curly moss on the oasis foam.

Then I cut out a few figures from the 12x12 papers. I also used some of the pre-cut
ephemera pieces and glued them between the moss using hot glue.

Finally I added a few charms (clocks) and resin flowers.

I placed the butterflies on a narrow strip of acetate.
This way is looks as if they are fluttering in the sky.

It is hard to take good pictures of a glass dome so I removed for some of the photo's.

Craft Box UK has a 12x12 paperpad, two 6x6 paperpads, Alice ephemera, charms,
stencils, journaling cards and mulberry flowers available.
You can find them in the Craft Box UK webshop.

Thank you for visiting my blog.
I hope to see you again soon.

Hugs, Henriëtte.
