Hi, welcome

My father-in-law is hospitalized with a hip fracture and other complications after hip surgery.
He has a long way of recorvery to go, so I made him a get well card.
I hope it makes him laugh, it's a bit naughty.

The sexy nurse is a digital stamp from Sherri Baldy, I bought it here.
I did the coloring in Photoshop.
The background paper is digital from this etsy shop.
The "especially for you" sentiment is a free download from the desert diva.
For the sketch I used this weeks sketch at tuesday morning sketches.

Hello,

My next card I made for this weeks CAS challenge at Outlawz: create a CAS card with a greeting.
I used an adorable digital stamp from Gerdas Doodles Etsy shop.

I did the coloring in Photoshop. The speech balloon is a free template. I made the text using Photoshop.

Hi,

"I'm all shook up" is a song by my favorite artist ever since I was a young girl, Elvis Presley,
and also an appropriate title for a shaker card.

I made a shaker card, cut out a silhouette image of Elvis and made the sentiment in Word.

It's 5 o'clock somewhere

Hi,

This weeks CAS challenge theme at The Outlawz is "watermelon".
I wanted to create something different so after some browsing I decided to make a
watermelon cocktail card.

The cocktail drink is a free dingbat. I resized it in Photoshop and colored it in a watermelon color.
Then printed the cocktail and cut it.
The little melonpiece on the glass I cut from a fruity paperpad I had for many years, sorry don't know the brand.

I printed the sentiment directly on the cardstock in the same watermelon color as the cocktaildrink.
On the bottom I put a little stroke of green paper and also a piece of paper printed in the watermelon color (colorcode is FF3366).

Love the clean look and the fun sentiment.

Another watercoloring card

Hi again

Another post from me today to share with you my second watercoloring card using Tim Holtz Distress Markers.

The boy stamp is from Mama elephant (in my heart).
The balloon stamp is from Simon Says stamp.
Sentiment from Verve stamps.

My previous watercoloring card turned out better I think, but that one isn't a birthday card
and this month's theme at Mama Elephant's blog is "watercoloring and birthdays".

Thinking of you

Hi and happy Sunday,

This is the final day of my vacation, tomorrow it's back to work.
Besides my full time job, I'm also gonna take a six month course "starting a webshop".
Looking forward to that.
So busy months ahead and I'm not sure if I have much time to craft.

This weekend I tried watercoloring again and I used Ranger distress markers for the first time.
It has been awhile since my last watercoloring, I usualy color my stamps digital in Photoshop.
It was fun to do and here is the result, not perfect I admit but hey first time ...
