Antique clock

Hi, something different today.
I recently (re)discovered a site called Sandra's Scrapsels. She sells the most amazing card templates and has re-opend her store this month. I ordered an antique clock template for a masculine card/scrap project.


First I printed the individual pieces and cut them out using cardstock and patterned paper from Kaisercraft. I covered all the sides with patterned paper, both the front and back pieces.



I distressed all the edges with tea dye ranger distress ink.
Then I decorated the front with a chipboard frame colored with gold ink. On that frame I glued a piece of patterned paper and a clock. I embellished the front with flowers, leaves and cogs.



The back of the antique clock is decorated with a sentiment and a steampunk corner chipboard from Wycinanka



There is a piece of paper between the front and back side so the clock can stand on it's own.
I don't make much masculine projects but this one was fun to make and I'm pleased with the result.
