Here is my card I've made using the misti and the mirrow Image stamp in combination with the cute honey bears stamp set from the Ton

It all started with a sketch. Sometimes I make a sketch of the card I have in my mind.
I was practising the mirrow stamping and made the sketch around the stamped bears.

Here are all my supllies:

Cardstock: light and dark brown and dark blue
Acetate
Spectrum noir markers
the ton stamp set honey bears
so suzy stamps: mirror image rubber
my sweet petunia misti mini
Paper pad from Joy.
Dies (ebay)
Speech balloons wood veneer

I started by stamping the cute bear on white card stock twice, once using the mirrow image stamp.
Then I colored both bears identically with my spectrum noir markers and cut them out.

The mirrow was a bit of a struggle. I didn't have an actual mirrow stamp so I made one using brown cardstock, nesti dies, corner punch and acetate.

Then I also used the mirrow image stamp to stamp the "hello" on the speech bubbles (they are from create a smile stamps).
In the joy craft paper pad was the perfect background for my card, it looks like a floor and wall.

I hope you have some more inspiration on how to use the misti and the mirrow image stamp.
Thanks for your comments and good luck in the draw.

Hugs, Henriette.

CASometry Challenge 2

Today I'm sharing my fifth and last card for the CASometry Challenge from Anna.
For this final stage I had to case any card from the CASometry Pinterest board and I choose to case
this card from clearly besotted.

Vertical front Final

The other day I just bought a new die-namics set from MFT with that same arch shape so that's why I choose to case that card.

Again I used The Ton Honey bear stamp set for the bear and sentiment. I stamp the bear and sentiment on Bazill Walnut cream paper with brown ink. I colored the bear just slightly with spectrum noir marker.

Honey Bears

The paper with the hearts is digital paper from TheDigiRainbow on Etsy.

Finally here is a picture of all 5 cards that I made for the CASometry challenge.
It was fun to participate.

Have a nice day and thanks so much for stopping by.

Hugs, Henriette

Casometry card 3

This is my third card for the Casometry challenge.
Again I used The ton  honey bears stamps set to create a CAS card.
For the background I used a Panduro Stencil with hexagons to create the illusion of a beehive.
I stamped the bears faces and colored them with spectrum noir markers and placed them behind little frames. The sentiment is heat embossed with embossing powder on black cardstock.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.

Hugs, Henriette.

Casometry Challenge - second card

Here is my second card for the Casometry challenge  from Anna Kossakovskaya.
The challenge is to make 5 cards with one stamp set. I choose The Ton stamp set "honey bears".

Honey Bears

Here is my CAS card. I made good use of the different facial expressions in the set. This time the bear has a sad face because he's been stung by the bee.

First I sponged the background using brown, yellow and orange inks. I cut the cardstock into four pieces  Then I stamped the images and colored them using my spectrum noir markers and added a get well soon sentiment.

I'm entering this card in these challenges:

Casometry challenge
Outlawz Sunday Challenge

Thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

Hugs, Henriette.

Beary Sorry

This is my second blog post today. If your looking for the SO SUZY STAMP OF THE MONTH DESIGN TEAM POST please click here.

Anna Kossakovskaya is holding a CASometry Challenge. The main idea of this challenge is to use one stamp set for
five different cards in CAS style. You have two weeks between the cards.

I choose the stamp set "Honey Bears" from The Ton.

Honey Bears

This set has some really good features like the different kinds of facial expressions you can stamp.
The first of five cards is a very simple CAS card.

Products used:

Bazzil Walnut Cream Cardstock.
Neenah Soalr White cardstock
The ton stamp set Honey bears
Spectrum noir markers: FS2, TN2, EB2.
My favorite things die-namics.

The inside of the card is this:

I think the bear's face is telling it all.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

Matchbox

National Craft Month Celebration Blog Hop // Inspiration, Prizes, + More - rightathomeshop.com/blog

I made a project (not a card this time) to participate in the National Craft Month celebration blog hop from right at home,  It's showcasing your favorite crafty things at this moment.

One of my favorite items at this moment is the honey bears stamp set from The Ton.
I also recently made a new board on my Pinterest with matchbox crafts. I kind of like little boxes with surpises in it.
So I decided to make a matchbox instead of a card.

The box is about 11 x 8 cm (4,3 x 3,1 inches).
The outer part is made from Stampin up paper. I made the word bubble in Word using a free template and
added the text. The cute honey and bee are part of the ton stamp set.
The birch paper inside the box I made in photoshop.
I stamped the bear and did the coloring with my spectrum noir markers.
The sentiment is also from the stamp set.

I hope you like this project (I gave it to my boyfriend, Robert. He liked it very much).

Happy Hopping.

Hugs, Henriëtte.

Bears

Next weekend is my birthday and as a present I ordered some craft stuff  including these stamps from The ton stamps. Luckily they arrived before my birthday, so I got to play with them today.

Honey Bears

They are so cute and you can give the bears so many facial expressions. So funny.
I made a CAS card. Masking the bears and coloring the images with spectrum noir markers.

Then I added little hats and balloons. Because I wanted to make a birthday card I didn't use the sentiments in the set but one from lawn fawn.

I'm entering this card in these challenges:

Have a wonderful day!
