Spellbinders APG die of the Month December Rose Garden Promise

Hi, I'm excited to share another card I've made with the December

Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace die set.

It's called "Rose Garden Promise" and it creates the most beautiful inlaid cards.

There's a video tutorial available on the Spellbinders and Amazing Paper Grace blog on
how to used this die set.

The cardstock I used for this card I made myself using a color palette and Photoshop.
That way I can create any colored cardstock I want.

It was much fun to make this card with the beautiful colors.
I feels like you're making a mosaic.

Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace die of the month December "Rose Garden Promise"

Hello and welcome back.

Today I'm sharing my first card made with the

Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace die of the month December

This month's die set is called "Rose Garden Promise" and it consists of 4 detailed cutting dies.

You can create beautiful inlaid cards with it.

Here's my inspiration.

For this card I used this color palette I found on internet.

I imported this image in Photoshop and with the eyedropper tool I selected the color I wanted.
Then with the bucket tool I filled in a blank  A4 canvas.
I saved the file on my computer so I can print it out.
I do this with all the colors I want to use.
The prints are somewhat different, this depends on the type of printer you use.

You die cut all pieces from the different colored cardstock and fill in the roses and leaves.
It's kind of a mosaic. So much fun to do!

The sentiment is a freebie I found on internet and exported into Photoshop
on the dusty blue colored A4.

I love the vibrant colors of this card, I hope you like it to.

Roses are red

If you are looking for the Pretty Cute Stamp release sneak peak. That post is below this one.

Last month I ordered a paper craft magazine in the UK because it came with a Altenew  build-a-rose free stamp set.

I did make a card with this set before  and today I made another one.

The background I've made with sponging green inks.
I stamped the roses in pinks and reds using my Misti tool (so happy with that purchase).
The leaves are also in from the Altenew set.
The sentiment is a free download from the desert-diva Hannelie.

I'm entering this card in the following challenges:

Roses

This week I received two happy mails. One was the mini misti and the other was an English magazine Simply Cards and Papercraft. With the magazine came a Altenew Stamp and die set "Build-a-rose".

I used the misti to stamp the layered roses. The sentiment is also part of the free set.

For the sketch I used this weeks sketch at Taylored Expressions

I had much fun stamping these roses in different colours.

Roses

This is this week's muse card  by Anita Bowden and here is my interpretation.

I was inspired by the flowers.
I stamped the little pieces using Dee's Artsy Impression frames and flowers stamps and added a
word die from little yellow bicycle. A few more elements than on Anita's card. I did add the black frame because I liked that on the muse card.

Well that's it for today. Until next time,

Hugs, Henriëtte.

LOVE

Today's cards have a love theme. I used my new stamps from stamplorations,
dee's artsy impressions: frames and flowers and The Bee's kneees: Rosebuds.

My first card is a round one.

I stamped the roses, leaves, hearts and butterflies and added a love word die cut.

The other card using the rosebuds stamp set  is more CAS. I also added the love die cut.

I do love the colors on this card with the red, light blue and silver.
