Spellbinders small die set of the month December - Sketched florals & frame

Hello, I hope you are doing fine.

Today I'm sharing my card made with the Spellbinders December small die set.

For more information about the Spellbinders monthly membership clubs please click here.

This months small die set is so much fun. It has 12 cutting dies with a beautiful frame and lots of different flowers and leaves.

Here is my card.

For this card I used black, pink and gold as the color combination.
I die cut the frame from gold cardstock.

The flowers are cut from different pinks and off white cardstock.
For the leaves I used two shades of green.

The "congrats" die cut is from the Simply perfect collection and
the "have a blessed day" sentiment is from the mini everyday sentiments collection.

I adhered all pieces to a black cardstock panel.
Some flowers and leaves are added using foam tape to give the card more dimension.
The black panel was then glued to an off white cardbase.

To embellish the card I added pink gems.

Spellbinders small die set of the month November - Stitched Curved Border and Ornaments

Hello and welcome to my blog.

I'm delighted to share my card created with the Spellbinders November small die set.

This set is called "stitched curved border & ornaments" and it features 13 cutting dies.

With this set you can create beautiful cards incorperating stitching. Or you can also use the die without the stitching. The possiblities are endless.

I hope you will enjoy my card.

For this card I also used the color scheme that I previously used on the large die set of the month card (see my blog post of November 2nd).

I die cut  the stitching border from white cardstock and stitched the circles alternately with
dark orange and gold thread.

Then I die cut the 3 baubles and attached them on the white panel with foam tape.
I decorated the baubles with poinsettia flowers and leaves from the November large die set.
The white panel is glued on a card with a blue/grey front.

Then I added the sentiment. This is from he October large die set.

Spellbinders small die set of the month September - Layered mix & match sentiments

 Hi, welcome to my blog.

Today I'm sharing three cards made with this month's small die set by Spellbinders.

This set has 19 cutting dies and you can create layered sentiments with it and also cute flowers.

Here are my clean and simple cards which are very easy to make.

To cut the stripes I used the Spellbinders June large die set.

This set is still available in the Spellbinders shop. You can find it here:

Colorblock circles and stripes

I used all sentiments available in the set on my cards.

On each card I glued the stripes in a different way.

I think I like the diagonal stripes the best.

Spellbinder small die set of the month August 2021 - Hex kaleidoscope tile

 Hello crafty friends!

Today I'm sharing my card using the Spellbinders small die set of the month August.

This set is called "Hex kaleidoscope tile" and it consists of 5 cutting dies.

The 3 hexagons dies are the same size, but each has a slightly different design.
Once stacked they make a beautiful dimensional motif tile.

I used the 3 piece tile dies to create this rainbow coloured slimline card.

The sentiment is from the mini everyday sentiment set.

I don't make rainbow colored cards often, but they are so colorful and
I really like how this card turned out.

Spellbinders small die of the month July - decorative mini slimline card creator

 Hello friends!

I'm excited to share with you my card made with the Spellbinders small die of the month July.

The July set has 5 cutting dies and you can  make beautiful decorative slimline cards with them.

When I saw the dies I imagined a 1001 Arabian nights kind of scene,

and so here is the result.

I used rich colored and glitter cardstock to create this magical card.

For the sentiment I downloaded an Arabian font and typed the sentiment in Word.

I've added sequins and stars to embellish the card.

I love the intensity of this card very much.
I hope I have inspired you on how to use the die set.

Spellbinders small die of the month June: colorblock landscape

Hello, I'm back with the Spellbinders small die set of the month June.

With this set called "colorblock landscape" you can create various scenes but

also great sun ray cards.

I made two cards with different landscapes.

The first card is a sunset card. I used dark blues and purple cardstock to create a evening landscape.
The bright sun sets behind the purple mountains.

The sentiment and the bird stamp are from the Spellbinders June Clear Stamp set kit.

For the second card I used different shades of green.

The little flowers are made of flower soft. I had a little bag of flowers soft in my stash for many years and the little colored sprinkles were perfect to create the flowers in the scenery.
The sentiment is from the clear stamp set.

This June small die set is very versatile. You can create many different landscapes, day or night.
But also colorful  cards with a sunburst background.
The possibilities are endless.

Spellbinders Small die of the Month March 2021 - Spring flowers card creator

 Hi crafty friends!

Today I'm sharing a card using this months small die set from the Spellbinders Club;

The Spring Flower Card Creator.

This set has 13 dies and you can create all kinds of different cards with it.
It's great for your spring cards!

If you leave the round middle pieces out, you can create a different shape card.

I layered all pieces with light and darker green cardstock and added cute little pink flowers.

I die cut a circle in the center of the card and glued the sentiment
on a yellow background circle. Here I also added little flowers and leaves.

Well this card makes me long for spring even more!!
