Spellbinders large die set of the month December - Layered stitched background

Hi friends, welcome to my blog.

It's time to share my first card made with the December large die set.

This month's set consists of 6 cutting dies and it is a stitching die set again.

We have seen more stitching die sets this year and I love these kind of dies.

It's so relaxing to stitch, great for stress relief!

Here is my card. It is a Christmas themed card but you can use the dies

 for all kinds of celebrations.

I went for a very colorful Christmas card. I was inspired by this picture I found in Pinterest.
I love all the different colors and I wanted to do something different then the
traditional red/green/gold.

For the stitching I used 2 strands of embroidery thread.

The sentiment is from the Spellbinders October small die set.
This set is still available at Spellbinders here.
To embellish the card I added multi colored gems and a glitter bow with two bells.

Spellbinders small die set of the month November - Stitched Curved Border and Ornaments

Hello and welcome to my blog.

I'm delighted to share my card created with the Spellbinders November small die set.

This set is called "stitched curved border & ornaments" and it features 13 cutting dies.

With this set you can create beautiful cards incorperating stitching. Or you can also use the die without the stitching. The possiblities are endless.

I hope you will enjoy my card.

For this card I also used the color scheme that I previously used on the large die set of the month card (see my blog post of November 2nd).

I die cut  the stitching border from white cardstock and stitched the circles alternately with
dark orange and gold thread.

Then I die cut the 3 baubles and attached them on the white panel with foam tape.
I decorated the baubles with poinsettia flowers and leaves from the November large die set.
The white panel is glued on a card with a blue/grey front.

Then I added the sentiment. This is from he October large die set.

Spellbinder large die set of the month November - Christmas foliage strip and borders

Hi friends! The Spellbinders November large die set is here!

and of course it has a Christmas theme.

This month's set features 13 cutting dies.

Four of them are borders dies. They are 8,5 inches long so perfect for slimline cards

with beautiful borders.

The other pieces are floral and leaves to decorate your Christmas creations.

Here's my Christmas card.

The color scheme I went for is not traditional Christmas but I love these colors together.

For the white top part of the card I used two border dies, the holiday and the loops border.

Then I decorated the holiday border with the flowers and foliage.

The sentiment is from the October large die set.

Spellbinders small die set of the month October 2021 - Holiday Haul

Hello crafty friends.

Today I'm sharing my makes with the Spellbinders small die set of the month October,

== Holiday Haul ==

The October set has 14 cutting dies and can be used for Christmas cards but

also for Thanksgiving cards.

More information about the Spellbinders small die of the month membership

can be found here.

I made these three Christmas cards.

The background paper is from a paperpad I had in my stash.
I love the Scandinavian look of that paper.

I die cut the truck out of red, green and blue cardstock.

You can use the tree die cut or the gift box die cut to put in the back of the truck.
There's also a pumpkin included in the set for fall/thanksgiving cards.

The sentiments on the cards are from the October large die set.

Spellbinders large die set of the month October 2021 - Santa's fireplace

Hi and welcome to my blog.

Today I'm sharing my inspiration with the Spellbinders October large die set- Santa's Fireplace.

I can tell you this die set is really awesome!! It has no less than 27 pieces and it's suitable for Christmas but also for thanksgiving. AND it has a kinetic element. If you use the santa hanging in the fireplace the legs move back and forth.

You can watch a reveal of the entire set on the Spellbinders YouTube channel.

I went for a more vintage look and made this cosy Christmas card.

I used Tim Holtz backdrops papers for the fireplace and
the background.

The two Christmas trees are from the October small die set.

This card involved  a lot of die cutting with all the small elements but I do
like how it turned out. It has a nostalgic feel to it.

Reindeer Christmas card for Amazing Paper Grace

Hello crafty friends, today I'm sharing my last project as the November guest designer for
This time I used three different die sets designed by Becca Feeken to create
this Christmas card.

The vignette in the center is the reindeer prance layered etched die .

This set has 3 dies and together they create a magical three-dimensional holiday scene.

The paperpad I used is from Lemoncraft - Christmas Greetings.
The center panel has a piece of ribbon glued on the edge.
For the vignette I die cut the pieces using different patterned papers from the
Lemoncraft papers.

The flowers I made from red and green foamiran and the Becca Feeken poinsettia dies.
With this set of six dies you can create dimensional poinsettia's in different sizes.

.

The sentiment and the holly leaves are from the holly jolly christmas die set.

I also added a few rhinestones on the holly leaves and a twine bow
with two little Christmas bells.

This was my last blogpost as guest designer for Amazing Paper Grace.
I want to thank Becca Feeken for giving me the opportunity to work with her amazing dies
and the warm welcome she and her team gave me.

Check out the Amazing Paper Grace blog for more beautiful inspirations.

More Becca Feeken designed dies can be found in the Spellbinders shop:

Hi, today a quick post sharing this Christmas card I made using the papers from Mintay "Christmas Stories". I LOVE this collection from Mintay!!

Christmas card with Stamperia "Pink Christmas"

Hi crafty friends, I have a week off from work and the last two days I've been working on this Christmas card. It's decorated on all sides with the Stamperia "Pink Christmas" papers.

On the front of the card are foamiran flowers and also fabric elements from Allmacraft.
I also used a lot of laces and ribbons on this card.

On the inside is a little envelope with a Merry Christmas card.

The backside is also decorated with the beautiful Stamperia papers.

It's looks more like a little booklet then a card, I think.

I'm entering this card in these challenges:

Christmas tag with foamiran flowers

My second blog post today sharing a Christmas tag I made with some foamiran flowers.

I kind of like how this tag turned out.
The paper is from Lemoncraft  (I bought it at 14 craft bar).
The foamiran (and stamens) are from 14 craft bar . I used 3 types of white foamiran for the flowers; organza, silk and 0.6 mm foam.  For the organza and silk foam you don't need to use an iron to shape the flowers.

The wooden ornaments and the white furry pompoms I had in my stock.
The sentiment is printed on white cardstock. The Oval dies are from itsy bitsy.
I've added some clear droplets (Queen and co) and enamel stickers from create a smile
I covered the tag with effect snow.

I would like to participate in the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I love to hear what you think of this tag.

Christmas card with foamiran poinsettias

Hi, a quick post from me today because I'm having the flu :(
I'm sharing a Christmas card I've made with 3 white poinsettia flowers on it.

For this card I used white foamiran, poinsettia die, pearl buttons and paper from 14 craft bar.
The joy die is from memory box and the little holly die is from simply creative.
I used glitter paper for the dies and on the letters I put glossy accents. In the centre of the flowers I glued clear micro beads.

I'm entering this card in the Noor November challenge:

Merry Kissmas

Just a few more days until Christmas and I've made some last CAS Christmas cards.
They are very easy to make and therefore suitable if you need some last minute Christmas cards.

It's only cardstock,  a few twigs of mistletoe (die is from Creative expressions - craft dies by Sue Wilson), a piece of string and a sentiment (sentiment is a stamp from a previous Simon says stamp card kit). I've made four different color combinations and combined cardstock with glitter paper.
The cardbase is about 3 by 5,5 inch (7,5 by 14 cm)

This is copper with copper glitter paper, sentiment is embossed with clear embossing powder.

A gold version, gold cardstock and gold glitter paper.

Green with purple.

and a light blue, white and silver embossed sentiment.

My favorite is the antracite with the copper.

I'm entering these cards in the following challenges:
